Tavistock Hotel in London is seeking a talented Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Team. You’ll craft memorable dining experiences, maintain high food quality, and ensure HACCP compliance across production stages.

This role emphasizes teamwork, presentation, and sanitation in a fast-paced hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ breakfast chef experience in hotels, Level 2 Food & Safety, stock taking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering excellent breakfast

Qualifications

• 3 Years Experience as a Breakfast Chef in the Hotel Industry.
• Level 2 Food & Safety Qualification or similar qualification.
• Stock taking experience.
• Experience in a busy, large-scale operation to cope under pressure in a calm and efficient manner to set deadlines.
• Experience in complying with Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the food preparation, presentation, decoration, and menu dishes.
• Prepares in advance food, materials and equipment needed for the service.
• To ensure that all areas under their control are maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and safety in accordance with Company policy, Health and Safety, Statutory Requirements.
