Experienced Architectural Technologist / Technician
Full-Time | Clifton Office | Flexible Working | Start Date: As Soon As Available

WDA are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist (CIAT or equivalent) to join our dynamic team in Clifton. This is a full-time role offering flexibility, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting projects across the residential, education, commercial, interiors and heritage sectors. We’re looking for a proactive individual with a strong technical background and a minimum of 5 years' built project experience. You will have a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods and be confident in delivering detailed design packages and coordinating input from consultants and subcontractors as project lead.

Key Requirements:

• CIAT membership or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience using Revit for technical design and documentation
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Proven track record of leading projects through technical stages
• Experience developing technical design packages and coordinating consultant input
• Experience in writing specifications using NBS
• Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed drafting
• Experience with Building Regulation Compliance Trackers and familiarity with Principal Designer responsibilities under BR PD
• Sector experience in residential, education, commercial, interiors and heritage projects preferable
