Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an Experience Designer to shape AI-enabled customer service experiences across the full design lifecycle. You will work on complex transformation programmes, from research through prototyping to delivery, in a globally connected team.

The role emphasises human-centered design, GenAI integration, and collaboration with technologists, data scientists and product leaders. Flexibility for onsite work with clients is required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Service Design, UX Design, Product Design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, craft and rationale.
• Experience with user research methods: interviews, workshops, usability testing, ethnographic studies.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI-enabled service transformations across research, ideation, prototyping and delivery.
• Own workstreams within AI experience design projects.
• Translate research and insights into service blueprints, journey maps, flows and design systems.
• Create proof of concepts using generative tech to accelerate discovery and testing.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with clients, stakeholders and users.
