Principle HR is recruiting an experienced Change & Adoption Manager to lead organisational change strategies for enterprise technology implementations in a Professional Services setting. You will collaborate with senior customer stakeholders, technology consultants and delivery teams to ensure user adoption and measurable business value.

The role focuses on developing adoption roadmaps, conducting readiness assessments and delivering training, with hybrid London-based work and a 6-month contract

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in organisational change management or technology adoption.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and facilitate sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Client-facing experience in a professional services environment.

Responsabilités

We are recruiting an experienced Change & Adoption Manager to join the Professional Services team of a leading global technology company.

This is an opportunity to lead organisational change and adoption strategies for enterprise customers implementing digital experience and business technology solutions.

You will work directly with senior customer stakeholders, technology consultants and project delivery teams to ensure successful implementations, strong user adoption and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop change and adoption roadmaps aligned with customer objectives and transformation programmes.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in organisational change management, change consulting or technology adoption.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise software implementations, ideally across CRM, CMS, marketing technology or digital experience platforms.
• Strong experience developing and delivering change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness assessments and training initiatives.
• Confidence engaging and influencing senior executives, business leaders and enterprise customers.
• Experience managing resistance to change and driving adoption across complex organisations.
• Strong communication, presentation, workshop facilitation and consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment with distributed delivery teams.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within professional services, technology consulting or systems integration.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud or similar enterprise digital experience platforms.
• Prosci, ADKAR or CCMP change management certification.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid technology delivery methodologies.
• Background in digital transformation, marketing technology or customer experience initiatives.
