What will this role include?

  • Drive exhibition and sponsorship sales across a portfolio of industry events, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospects, convert leads into long-term partnerships, and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct sales meetings to understand client needs, develop customised solutions, and create compelling proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage customer data, and ensure smooth sales processes through an organised CRM system.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies, respond to inbound enquiries, and oversee post-event client engagement to maximise retention.

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

  • Strong communicator, able to build rapport and engage confidently with clients, while being proactive in business development.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, effectively handling multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in events, media, or financial services, with expertise in CRM tools and generating B2B leads.
  • Skilled in sponsorship and exhibition sales, negotiation, data analysis, and leveraging social media to drive growth.
