Job Title: Sales Executive - Homebased / Field Sales

Location: Southampton

We have ambitious growth plans and are looking for a Sales Executive responsible for winning and maximising independent foodservice business in your area. Key Responsibilities:

• Gain, grow, and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
• Research target audiences and opportunities within your territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs.
• Onboard new customers effectively and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products.
• Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure your customers receive the best local solutions.

Candidate Profile:

We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximising sales with existing customers. Ideally, you are commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and skilled in building relationships. A desire for sales is essential. Food industry experience is a plus but not required.
