Job summary

Huntress - Bracknell is seeking a confident Gallery Assistant to support our client during an exhibition in Bristol. Availability for the full 5 days is required, with the handover on Friday 6th November at 12:00 pm.

You will greet visitors, keep the exhibition space clean, report damages, gather visitor feedback on how they heard about the show, and assist with placing boards and flags at the reception to promote the event. A passion for photography is welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be available for full 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Ensuring the exhibition room is clean and presentable at all times
• Report if any damages have occurred
• Liaise with visitors to gain information on how they heard of the exhibition
• Putting up boards and flags at the front of the reception to help promote
