Bristol Museums, part of Bristol City Council, is seeking an experienced exhibitions manager to lead the development and delivery of a busy programme of temporary exhibitions and displays across Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, M Shed, and partner venues. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, ensure on‑time delivery, and collaborate with designers on visitor journeys.

Qualificações

• Experience leading exhibition development in a museum or gallery setting.
• Sound budget management experience and ability to manage visitor income targets.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver a busy programme of temporary exhibitions and displays across Bristol Museums.
• Lead and manage exhibition technicians and cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate with Collections, Operations, Digital and Comms teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure exhibitions meet audience development and income targets.
• Oversee on‑site work during installs and de‑installs; work occasional evenings/weekends.
