Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within a main contractor.
• Experience acting as the number one on site on large-scale multimillion pound projects.
• Background in commercial construction; refurbishment experience beneficial.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certifications.
• Full UK driving licence; MCIOB membership advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for site operations, delivering safely and to programme.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, direct labour and subcontractors efficiently.
• Monitor programmes, identify delays and implement progress solutions.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Work with Project Manager and commercial team to manage costs and variances.
• Coordinate site logistics, inspections and handover of completed works.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
