The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our London team to support responsive repairs, including damp and mould work, cleaning, clearance and general multi-skilled tasks. This is a permanent role, 40 hours per week, with early and late shifts and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

A full UK driving licence is essential. The successful candidate must live within commuting distance to Camden & Islington, and a basic DBS check is required (paid for by Guinness).

Qualificações

• Experience in multi-skill tasks including inner and outer property clearance and mould treatment.
• Experience in customer-focused service, preferably in social housing.
• Ability to follow agreed procedures and record information accurately.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Physical capability to perform damp/mould treatment tasks safely.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of responsive repairs including damp and mould work, cleaning, clearance and general multi-skilled tasks.
• Work to Health and Safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Record information accurately and follow agreed processes.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision and manage time across tasks.
