Job summary

WSP in the South West and Wales region is seeking an Exeter Office Lead at Technical Director/Director level to drive delivery and lead the Exeter team. You will shape the regional market, develop client relationships, and coordinate with discipline leads to grow sustainable revenue and cross‑sell services across projects from inception to handover.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status required.
• Significant experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to win and grow business with key accounts.

• Act as Project Director on selected projects.
