Mitie Group is seeking an exceptional Strategic Client Director to lead a high-profile client partnership, delivering strategic direction, commercial leadership and operational excellence across Integrated Facilities Management services.

You will operate at C-suite level, build trusted relationships and translate strategy into performance. You will drive accountability, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth while leading a high-performing leadership team.

Senior leader with experience in large, complex operations.
Proven track record managing client relationships at executive level.
Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and financial planning experience.
Ability to translate strategy into operational and financial performance.

Mansioni

Own and lead the senior client relationship with executive stakeholders.
Provide strategic direction across the account, aligning delivery with client priorities.
Lead delivery of all IFM services with exceptional service and customer experience.
Own the account's commercial performance, including P&L management and budgeting.
Develop a clear account strategy focused on value, efficiency and growth.
Establish governance, reporting and assurance frameworks for transparency.
Drive continuous improvement to improve productivity and reduce cost to serve.
Identify innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Lead and develop a high-performing senior leadership team.
