Job summary

Hastings Hotels is seeking a reliable Kitchen team member for Ballygally Castle on the Coast Road in Northern Ireland. The role offers 45 hours per week, five shifts out of seven including weekends, with shifts from 11am to 11pm or 2pm to 10pm.

Salary is £35,000 per annum with staff meals, discounts, and generous holiday entitlement. Under the Head Chef, you will help maintain Hastings standards of food preparation and presentation, assist with managing the culinary budget, and drive continuous

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in managing the smooth operation of the kitchens.
• Ensure planning, preparation, cooking and presentation meet Hastings standards.
• Monitor stock management and kitchen expenditure within budget.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and 5* hygiene score.
