Job summary

Equiniti is seeking a Senior Administrator for its Executive Share Plan operations to support delivery of complex, high-profile share plan services. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness and alignment with client expectations across Executive and Discretionary trades.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate post-trade client reports in accordance with each client’s bespoke requirements.
• Support the settlement of Executive and Discretionary trades, including share allocations and payments to clients and participants.
• Liaise with clients, payroll providers, brokers, registrars and internal teams to coordinate settlement instructions and resolve queries.
• Manage workload to meet client SLAs and regulatory requirements, escalating risks to delivery promptly.
