Job summary
Panoramic Associates seeks an Executive Secondary School Improvement Leader to drive strategic and hands-on leadership across two secondary schools in the East Midlands. You will work with senior leaders to deliver sustained improvements in outcomes, curriculum and leadership capacity.
You will bring extensive experience in secondary education leadership, multi-site roles, and familiarity with inspection processes.
Qualifications
- Executive-level leadership to drive school improvement across two sites.
- Experience with inspection regimes (Ofsted/HMI) and multi-academy trusts.
- Ability to analyse academic and behavioural data to inform improvement.
- NPQSL/NPQH or equivalent QTS-based leadership qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Identify improvement areas with headteachers and senior teams and develop action plans.
- Support teaching, curriculum alignment, and assessment strategies across campuses.
- Lead coaching for leaders and middle managers to build capacity.
- Analyse data to assess progress and refine improvement strategies.
- Drive initiatives to improve attendance, behaviour, inclusion and engagement.
