TRM Recruitment Limited is a boutique executive search firm hiring a Researcher to join the team. Based in London, you will work directly with founders and senior clients on C-suite and board appointments across Industrial, Energy and related sectors.

You’ll be involved in market research, mapping, candidate engagement and delivery, with exposure to multiple service lines and the opportunity to progress quickly in a visible role.

We’re working with a boutique executive search firm looking to add a Researcher to the team.

This is a firm operating at the top end of the executive recruitment market, working directly with founders, boards and senior leadership teams across Industrial, Energy and related sectors.

The work spans the full executive search proposition — C-suite and board appointments, senior leadership, succession, talent mapping and leadership advisory — across a broad range of functions, sectors and geographies.

And because it’s a boutique, you won’t be several layers removed from the people running the business. You’ll work directly with the founders and get client exposure quickly, while being involved throughout the search process.
