The Benefits – Legal Executive Search Consultant

•£30k base salary, rising to £35k after your first promotion

•2 annual bonusesbased off hitting your targets

•Bonus for each placement as a Consultant (£500)

•Overall OTE in year one of £55k

The Role – Legal Executive Search Consultant

•Conducting research and developing in-depth industry knowledge through market mapping individuals and companies in the core markets

•Building and maintaining great relationships with your clients

•Creating a strong network of senior talent and being able to identify their strengths

•Preparing client reports to present to your senior team

•Supporting colleagues with their mandates and completing business development as and when it is necessary

•Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline

•Confident and happy to interact with top-level legal professions

•Fluent in any European language is highly beneficial yet not essential
