Salary: £36k Basic + Realistic OTE of £80k+ per year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and cultivate opportunities for executive-level roles in both private and commercial aviation.
2. Talent Sourcing: Partner with our resourcing team to headhunt top-tier candidates and fill high-level positions.
3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with C-suite and senior-level clients, providing expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
