The Opportunity

As an Associate, you’ll play a key role in connecting high-growth cleantech companies with the leadership talent they need to scale. You’ll work on C-suite, senior and strategically important searches, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving, high-impact sector with international exposure.

What You’ll Do:

1. Find and engage top leadership and industry talent – Research, identify, and connect with senior candidates across cleantech and renewable energy.
2. Drive outcomes with urgency – We have a bias to action, meaning we focus on results, not just process.
3. Develop deep industry expertise – Become a trusted expert in clean energy, e-mobility, and smart cities, understanding hiring trends and market dynamics.
4. Build strong client relationships – Work closely with startups, scaleups, Corporates and investors to understand their leadership and talent needs.
