Role Description

We're looking for bi-lingual German and English speakers only for a full-time remote role as Fieldwork Medical Recruiter. The Fieldwork Medical Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting German and UK medical professionals for market research projects, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring successful fieldwork execution in Germany and UK.

• Manage and achieve successful study recruitment and completion of fieldwork

• Recruit and validates new physicians to the Genactis Physicians Advisory Group

• Assist in other project recruitment and project set-up tasks when needed, including translation of study material, translation overlay and web testing for online studies

• Provide regular recruitment updates to Project Leads as necessary

• Within its country, responsible for project compliance to Healthcare MR industry guidelines and Pharmacovigilance requirements, both industry-level and client-specific

• Ensure all AE/special situation reporting in the course of the research, in line with client compliance

• Ensure document confidentiality and storage as per clients’ requirements

• Comply with internal SOP’s, and ERP user guidelines

• Participate in global initiatives to improve the quality and breadth of the Genactis PAG

• Ensure compliance to best practices related to Social Network communication to potential study respondents

Person spec

• Fluent in German & English

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in a direct marketing or recruitment role, ideally with Healthcare Professionals (optional)

• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, proactive and focused on solutions

• Good verbal and written communication skills, at ease with phone communication

• Open-minded, creative communication strategies, positive & smiling, persevering & patient

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work on more than one project
