The Opportunity

They are seeking an ambitious individual to join their growing team, based out of their Central Manchester office.

Working directly under their Managing Director, you will work on the most established desk across the business. This desk already generates over £600,000 annually.

As you become more established, you will have more of the desk and market responsibility passed over to you, giving you the opportunity to progress to the Head of UK Search.

As a consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering top talent to existing UK accounts, as well as supporting the end-to-end search process and building strong relationships with candidates in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attracting top UK talent in the executive search market
2. Build and manage a pipeline of candidates
3. Account Management of existing clients
4. Utilise all recruitment tools such as LinkedIn to manage searches effectively
5. Support in managing existing accounts across the UK
6. Stay informed about industry trends
