Job summary

Pacific International is a London-based executive search firm that helps top-tier organizations build leadership teams. The role of Executive Search Associate offers structured training, exposure to European markets, and clear progression to an Executive Search Consultant.

You will work closely with the team, developing sourcing, outreach, and screening skills from day one. We value multilingual professionals fluent in English and German or French, with a proactive sales mindset and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Sector and Client Delivery Manager to support assignments.
• Deliver quality candidates by presenting well-qualified professionals to clients.

We're particularly interested in hearing from bilingual professionals who are fluent in English and either German or French, as you'll support executive search assignments across key European markets.

As an Executive Search Associate, you'll work closely with our experienced team, gaining the skills and expertise needed to excel in executive search consulting. Those who demonstrate strong performance and the right behaviours can quickly progress into a full Executive Search Consultant role.

• Sales Experience: Whether in recruitment, sales, or another field, you know how to engage and influence people. Executive search experience is a bonus, but not required.

Role responsibilities:

• Achieve Targets: Consistently meet weekly and monthly outreach goals to identify high-quality candidates.
• Direct Outreach and Sourcing: Conduct proactive outreach to source, assess, and engage top talent.
• Network Building: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through relationship-building and market mapping.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Head of Sector and Client Delivery Manager to support executive search assignments.
• Deliver Quality Candidates: Present well-qualified candidates to clients, contributing to successful placements.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, similar client-facing role, or relevant degree
• Fluent / Professional speaking in two or more languages
• Proven experience in cold outreach or business development

Required qualifications:

Location:

This position is based in our London office, requiring on-site presence for the first 6 months.
