Pacific International is a London-based executive search firm that helps top-tier organizations build leadership teams. The role of Executive Search Associate offers structured training, exposure to European markets, and clear progression to an Executive Search Consultant.

You will work closely with the team, developing sourcing, outreach, and screening skills from day one. We value multilingual professionals fluent in English and German or French, with a proactive sales mindset and resilience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and confidence engaging with senior professionals.
• Interest in building a career in executive search.
• Fluent / professional multilingual abilities (English plus German or French).

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets: weekly and monthly outreach goals to identify high-quality candidates.
• Direct outreach and sourcing: proactively contact and engage top talent.
• Network building: develop a robust talent pipeline through relationships and market mapping.
• Collaborate with Head of Sector and Client Delivery Manager to support assignments.
• Deliver quality candidates by presenting well-qualified professionals to clients.
