Job summary

Informa seeks an experienced executive rewards professional to lead remuneration governance and reporting. The role focuses on Directors’ Remuneration reporting, RemCo papers, and equity plan support across global teams.

You will drive executive incentive design, ensure IFRS2 alignment, and partner with HR, Finance and Investor Relations to shape competitive, compliant packages for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of UK governance, remuneration reporting and investor guidelines.
• Experience with PLC RemCo and executive compensation design.
• Strong modelling and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft the Directors’ Remuneration Report and respond to auditors.
• Prepare RemCo papers and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support STIP/LTIP design and performance measurement.
• Assist on equity plans implementation and governance.
• Contribute to global career framework and market insights.
