Job summary

Markerstudy Group is seeking a proactive Business Manager to support the Chief Change Officer. You will craft executive storytelling, develop polished PowerPoint packs, and drive governance and leadership reporting across strategic programmes.

You will build relationships across change, technology, operations and finance, translating complex change into clear narratives and action-oriented briefs for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling executive storytelling for senior leadership.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and align across teams.
• Proven track record coordinating complex change projects.
• Excellent presentation design and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of coordination for the Chief Change Officer.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint packs for board and leadership meetings.
• Attend senior meetings, take minutes and track actions to completion.
• Translate data and risks into concise messages and calls to action.
• Produce polished board and executive reporting with progress and next steps.
• Coordinate information flow for the Chief Change Officer’s office.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather inputs and turn into materials.
• Support change planning, performance tracking and reporting across initiatives.
