Google LLC is seeking an Executive Recruiting Research Specialist to map global leadership talent, identify passive candidates, and build strategic pipelines for Director and VP level searches. You will operate as an analytical talent consultant within Google's Executive Recruiting organization.

Leveraging PitchBook, BoardEx, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZoomInfo, you will deliver data-driven insights, craft bespoke outreach, and map talent ecosystems across technical and non-technical domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in sourcing, executive research, or front-end recruiting within an executive search firm or specialized in-house talent acquisition team.
• Experience in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and passive executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary experiences and create moments that matter for candidates along the journey.
• Develop highly personalized outreach that resonates with senior executive motivations and market context.
• Provide data-driven talent insights, interpret hiring trends, and advise on market realities and compensation dynamics.
• Utilize advanced research tools (PitchBook, BoardEx, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo) to map markets globally.
• Build concentric circles of talent and identify passive candidates from competitors and niche spaces.
