Job summary

Synpulse is seeking an Associate Partner in London to lead client delivery and drive revenue growth across the UK private banking and wealth management sector. You will originate new business, nurture senior client relationships and oversee end-to-end transformation programmes in a boutique, collaborative setting.

The role requires a strong industry network, commercial acumen and a proven track record of selling high-value consulting engagements, with London hybrid working as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or senior roles within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MSc or professional qualifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic client accounts with revenue targets and profitability.
• Develop long-term client roadmaps and position as partner of choice.
• Originate new business through UK private banking and wealth management networks.
• Provide executive oversight for complex, multi-stream transformation programmes.
• Set direction for engagement teams and mentor colleagues.
