• 10+ years’ experience in consulting and/or senior roles within financial services.
• Strong track record within private banking and/or wealth management.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven experience originating and winning consulting work.

• Own key client accounts with responsibility for revenue, growth and profitability.
• Build long-term strategic relationships across business, operations and technology.
• Position the firm as a trusted advisory partner across transformation agendas.
• Originate and close new consulting engagements within the wealth and private banking sector.
