Capital One UK is seeking an organized Personal Assistant to support the VP of International Expansion & Risk within Network Risk Operations. About this role

We’re looking for an organized Personal Assistant to support the VP of International Expansion & Risk within Network Risk Operations, part of the Global Payment Network (GPN). This role is pivotal in building out a new team from the ground up, with key responsibilities in coordinating hiring and onboarding processes. Reporting directly to the VP, you will provide dedicated administrative support, with the scope of the role expanding to support other senior leadership as the team grows. The focus of this position is on the administrative oversight and operational rhythm needed to build a new risk team.

Where and how you’ll work

This is a permanent position based in our Hammersmith, London office. We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You’ll spend two days a week in the office.
