Sky is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to the Head of Documentaries and Factual within the Content Division. You will manage busy diaries, organise meetings and travel, coordinate events, and support the team with presentations and Airtable records.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and strong communication. This hybrid position offers varied tasks and the chance to work closely with senior leaders in a dynamic media environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing calendar/diary management for senior leaders.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide full PA support to Head of Documentaries and Factual, including diary management for three individuals.
• Coordinate meetings, venues, visitors, and refreshments; minute meetings as needed.
• Assist with presentations in Excel/PowerPoint and gather clips/graphics.
