Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an IT Onsite Support Engineer in London to lead 2nd-level IT support for a global IT effort. You will manage executive IT needs, provide onboarding for new hires, and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities include AD/Azure/Intune administration, video conferencing support, and collaboration with vendors to quote and install equipment. A strong customer-service mindset and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing 2nd-level onsite IT support.
• Strong AD, Intune and Azure administration skills.
• Experience with Zoom, video conferencing and AV systems.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-level onsite support including device builds and deployments.
• Manage incidents via in-person, email and Zoom.
• Deliver concierge IT support for executives.
• Run IT inductions for new hires and ensure onboarding.
• Maintain and improve internal KB articles and docs.
• Administer user accounts in Active Directory and related systems.
• Support local and remote video conferencing and collaboration tools.
• Collaborate with suppliers to quote, order and install equipment.
