GSK plc seeks a senior Clinical Development Lead for Oncology GU to own the clinical strategy and scientific narrative across the asset lifecycle. You will collaborate with the MDT core quad, guiding design, data generation, and decision frameworks and partnering with Senior Scientists for study delivery.

You will drive integrated development planning, regulatory positioning, and clinical decision speed, shaping a differentiated asset trajectory within a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree required; MD strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ pharmaceutical or relevant scientific, medical, or clinical experience, with at least 7 years in oncology clinical development.
• Demonstrated experience operating at asset, portfolio, or enterprise level, including governance and investment decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, EMA, NICE, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in complex matrix environments.
• Experience leveraging data, analytics, or emerging technologies to inform clinical decisions.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the clinical strategy, scientific narrative, integrated benefit-risk position, and decision framework across the asset lifecycle.
• Lead governance and investment discussions, translating clinical evidence into strategic recommendations.
• Serve as the default Clinical Development representative for Health Authority interactions and advisory boards.
• Oversee asset-level evidence-generation strategy and CDP content to ensure alignment with clinical intent.
• Engage with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to align on product strategy across development stages.
• Drive integration of AI-enabled insights and data platforms to support faster, more precise decisions.
