Job summary

GSK is seeking a VP, Oncology Clinical Development Disease Area Head to lead the clinical development strategy across the Hematology portfolio. Based at Stevenage with hybrid work, you will guide asset strategy from first‑in‑human studies to registrational trials and launch, in a cross‑functional matrix environment, ensuring speed, rigor and patient impact.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with board certification in oncology.
• At least 10 years in global clinical development leading hematology/oncology programs.
• Senior leadership in early- and late-phase oncology drug development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical development of hematology/oncology assets from FTIH through launch.
• Shape strategy and mentor cross-functional teams across assets.
• Lead governance forums and external engagements to inform asset strategy.
• Drive innovation through AI/real-world data and novel trial designs.
