GSK is seeking a Senior Medical Director, Oncology Clinical Development - GU to lead oncology clinical trial programs and oversee end-to-end development from concept to regulatory submission. The role will interact with internal scientific leaders and external experts to drive data generation and strategic decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Lead phase 1-3 interventional clinical trials at program and cross-functional level.
• Represent Clinical Development on disease area strategy, integrated evidence and medical affairs strategy teams.
• Oversee the development of high-quality protocols aligned with the Clinical Development Plan to determine efficacy, safety and product differentiation.
• Interpret and summarize study results for safety, efficacy, PK/PD and patient-reported outcomes for the targeted population.
• Assume medical responsibility for clinical trials including real-time medical monitoring and eligibility assessment.
• Review/monitor safety data in collaboration with pharmacovigilance for active studies.
• Contribute to clinical study reports and regulatory documents; collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and others to respond to queries.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigators in evaluating publications related to clinical data.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships with thought leaders internally and externally.
• Contribute to diligence assessments of business development opportunities; understand biology and clinical strategy.
• Represent GSK at medical meetings, advisory boards and outreach meetings as needed.
• Serve as a core member of the Clinical Matrix Team for assets in development.
• Lead Oncology Clinical Development-wide initiatives and workstreams.
