The position requires a hands-on, bold leader who can build leadership capacity, drive culture change, and deliver measurable improvements while maintaining strong customer service and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with P&L accountability for turnover > £50 million.
• Proven track record of improving profitability and commercial performance.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and developing leadership teams.
• Strong commercial judgement with an understanding of operational performance.
• Ability to create clarity, accountability and measurable improvements.
• Engages people at all levels and leads meaningful change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the senior leadership team with clear responsibilities.
• Build a positive, engaged, performance-led culture.
• Drive sustainable profitability through commercial judgement, discipline and efficiency.
• Improve operational effectiveness, productivity and customer service.
