Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support in preparing transaction marketing materials and client deliverables;
• Conduct valuation analyses using market practices and sensitivities; analyze financial data;
• Manage deals and key stakeholders on projects with other advisors;
• Provide commercial and financial advice on contracts and negotiate with stakeholders;
• Develop and maintain client relationships, including pitches and account pursuit.
