Virgin Media O₂ is seeking Head of Leadership Development to shape and lead the organisation's leadership strategy, creating frameworks, programmes and interventions that build exceptional leaders and enable a high-performing culture.

The role offers visibility across senior leadership and partners across the People function to drive enterprise-wide leadership propositions, coaching, diagnostics and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise-wide leadership development strategies.
• Proven track record designing leadership frameworks and scalable curriculums.
• Executive or organisational coaching accreditation.
• Experience influencing Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
• Experience leading leadership aspects of large-scale business transformation.
