Job summary
Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Head of Product Delivery for OSS Network Automation to shape and lead the delivery of digital network products. You’ll drive engineering excellence, governance, and large-scale transformation across the CTO value chain, balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership.
You will headline architecture decisions, champion modern delivery practices and guide teams to accelerate automation, digitisation and platform modernisation while improving quality, scalability
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading network automation in telecom or enterprise environments.
- Experience leading software development and system architecture within the telecom OSS domain.
- Experience leading agile product delivery and large-scale delivery transformation within a telecom environment.
Responsibilities
- Define technical direction and drive innovation in digital network products.
- Lead a team of senior technical leaders and guide architecture decisions.
- Enable modern software delivery practices and ensure value delivery at pace.
- Accelerate network digitisation, automation and platform modernisation.
