Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Head of Product Delivery for OSS Network Automation to shape the future of digital network products and drive large-scale transformation across the CTO value chain.

You will define technical direction, champion innovation and guide architecture decisions, enabling modern software delivery and high-performing teams to accelerate network digitisation and cost efficiency across the estate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading network automation in telecom or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading software development and system architecture within the telecom OSS domain.
• Experience leading agile product delivery and large-scale delivery transformation within a telecom environment.
• Strong expertise in DevSecOps practices, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, testing and source control.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing senior technical teams while defining technical strategy and direction.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and lead delivery of OSS/NMS products.
• Champion innovation and enable modern software delivery practices across teams.
• Guide architecture decisions and ensure scalable, cost-efficient solutions.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across the CTO value chain.
