Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking an ER & Policy Project Manager to turn strategic people priorities into practical roadmaps that improve the employee experience. You will lead projects from concept to delivery within the Employee Relations & Policy team, bringing together stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes.

You will build plans, manage milestones, and use feedback, surveys and ER data to shape compelling recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or coordinating projects in HR, Employee Relations or a similar environment.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insight clearly through presentations.
• Awareness of employment law and experience supporting change implementation.
• Experience using digital and AI tools to improve delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from idea through to delivery within ER & policy.
• Build plans, milestones and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across the business.
• Use employee feedback, survey results and ER data to create recommendations for senior leaders.
• Support engagement campaigns, consultation activity, workplace adjustments and policy changes.
• Leverage digital and AI tools to improve delivery and impact.
