Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Joint Associate Director - Facilities to lead Soft FM across the DCH & DHC portfolio. You will drive strategy into operational delivery, ensuring safety, patient experience and resilience across sites.

Post holders will provide executive leadership, develop governance, risk management and performance improvements, and lead transformation through data-driven decision making and evidence-based briefings.

Formación

• Master's-level knowledge (or equivalent) in Facilities & Estates with senior leadership experience in Soft FM across large, multi-site orgs.
• NEBOSH Diploma and a corporate membership or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-site facilities teams in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategy into a Soft FM operating model and annual plan for DCH & DHC.
• Provide executive assurance with risk registers, audit readiness and continuous improvement.
• Lead scale transformation, data-driven decision-making and benefits realisation.
• Advise executives and boards as professional lead for Soft FM; present options and investments.
