Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate Director – Overhead Lines to shape and lead our OHL capability in the UK. You will provide strategic direction, governance and senior client engagement to deliver safe and profitable outcomes.

You will oversee PLS-CADD leadership and manage complex FEED and design portfolios from 33 kV to 400 kV, developing multidisciplinary teams across locations including Epsom, London, Bristol, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester or Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil/Structural engineering with Chartered status.
• Proven senior leadership in overhead line portfolios.
• Strong governance, safety, and sustainability focus.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and portfolio direction for the OHL practice.
• Lead commercial and operational performance across safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Provide technical governance and maintain design integrity for OHL portfolios.
