Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate Director – Overhead Lines to shape and lead our OHL capability. You will provide strategic direction, governance and commercial leadership, ensuring safety, quality and sustainability across bids and projects.

You will be the recognised authority for PLS-CADD, building senior client relationships and shaping investment priorities while leading multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience directing complex OHL portfolios.
• Proven ability to make strategic and commercial decisions at executive level.
• Chartered Engineer status and UK power-sector knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and portfolio direction for the OHL capability.
• Lead safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance across bids and projects.
