Job summary

LGPS Central Ltd is seeking a Head of Operational Risk, Change & Supplier Oversight to lead the transformation of Investment Operations within a complex, multi-asset asset management environment. The role drives a scalable and resilient operating model, embedding risk controls, governance, and change delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in asset management or wealth environments at senior leadership level.
Deep experience with multi-asset operations and third-party/asset servicing models.
Expertise in risk frameworks, controls, and regulatory governance.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain and own first line operational risk and control elements of the Enterprise Risk framework.
Lead on target operating model design, process optimisation and automation adoption in Operations.
Oversee governance, risk reporting, and incident management across internal and external relationships.
