Job summary

At M&G, reporting to the Change and Transformation Director, this role leads large-scale Finance Operations transformation programmes ensuring regulatory compliance and responsible governance. You will own end-to-end delivery, drive operating model changes, and manage complex, interdependent workstreams with cross-functional teams globally.

You will partner with Finance Operations leadership to deliver measurable business benefits, oversee risk and change management, and coach the Change COE

Qualifications

• Excellent programme leadership and delivery experience in large complex transformations.
• Strong ability to engage with executives and sponsors to drive outcomes.
• Proven skills in planning, governance, risk management and benefits realisation.
• Ability to manage multi-functional teams across locations in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance Operations transformation programmes with interdependent projects and workstreams.
• Define target operating models, roadmaps and benefit realisation across Finance, Ops, Tech and Risk.
• Establish governance bodies and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with sponsors, stakeholders and external partners to secure funding and resources.
