Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) seeks an experienced Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion to lead the EDI programme across the organisation. You will report to the Deputy Director of People and provide strategic guidance to the Board and senior leaders, ensuring statutory duties are met and meaningful change delivered.

You will drive key initiatives such as the Equality Delivery System, Workforce Race Equality Standard and Workforce Disability Equality

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in EDI.
• Experience leading EDI programmes and influencing at senior level.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) agenda across the Trust.
• Provide strategic leadership and assurance to the Trust Board and senior leaders.
• Deliver key programmes such as Equality Delivery System, Workforce Race Equality Standard and Workforce Disability Equality Standard.
• Collaborate with staff networks, trade unions, community groups and system partners.
• Influence at senior level and translate equality legislation into measurable improvements.
