Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion to lead the EDI agenda across the Trust and provide strategic leadership to the Board and senior leaders. You will drive key programmes and work with staff networks and system partners to embed inclusion.

The role requires significant EDI leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at senior levels while interpreting equality legislation and delivering

Responsibilities

• Lead the EDI agenda across the Trust and provide strategic leadership.
• Advise the Trust Board, Executive Team and senior leaders.
• Deliver key programmes such as Equality Delivery System, Workforce Race Equality Standard and Workforce Disability Equality Standard.
• Collaborate with staff networks, trade unions, and system partners.
