Job summary
Platform Housing Group is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to lead our central data platform, data architecture, data engineering and self-service analytics. You will shape the data strategy across 120,000 customers and 2,100 colleagues, delivering trusted data products and scalable analytics capabilities.
You will mentor Data Products and Data Engineering teams, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive AI initiatives, Microsoft Fabric adoption and data governance to enable better decisions
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in data, analytics or AI within a large organisation.
- Experience translating complex data into business insights.
- Strong knowledge of data governance and data platforms.
- Experience migrating data from enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Products and Data Engineering teams.
- Develop a scalable data capability across architecture, engineering and analytics.
- Manage planning, design, testing and deployment of the Data portfolio.
- Build relationships with senior leaders and external partners.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data services.
