Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

What you |

  • Focus on creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent, role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience with dishes prepared to exceptional standards, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Maintain high standards in food safety, health, and safety, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with your head chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
