As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety, and empowering your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain spotless kitchen standards, understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, and proactively spot opportunities for improvement.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of making quick decisions on your feet.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
